Bojan has spent the better part of two decades working across India, Thailand, Switzerland, Australia, China, and sub-Saharan Africa - building businesses and navigating pharmaceutical registration in markets that reward patience and local knowledge over anything else.

A decade working within China’s pharmaceutical and regulatory environment left him with an unusually direct understanding of how the country’s biologic manufacturing sector operates - who the serious producers are, how quality is actually verified, and where the gaps in global distribution tend to form.

BEXO was a natural extension of that experience. The science around HMSC exosomes was compelling; the access for practitioners outside China was not. Bojan established BEXO Ltd in Hong Kong SAR to bridge that gap - sourcing directly from the source and distributing to licensed practitioners and research institutions worldwide.

Gabriel spent over a decade at the forefront of oncology research, radiopharmaceutical development, and clinical trial innovation - accumulating the kind of depth that most scientists spend careers pursuing. Then he made a deliberate choice: to leave the established path and move into what he saw as the next frontier of medicine.

That frontier was extracellular vesicles. Convinced early that EV-based therapeutics would reshape regenerative and precision medicine, Dr. Gutfilen Schlesinger redirected his expertise toward advancing EV-based clinical strategies - bringing rigorous translational science to a field that urgently needs it.
